How long is needed for recovery between sets? 30 seconds? Do you count this in your head?
Let Bring It do all the counting and you continue with your exercise. Set a timer to countdown the sets with breaks to ensure you focus on the goal and Bring It focuses on the clock/time.
Why?
It can be difficult to keep a track of how long breaks are needed; therefore, Bring It allows you to keep a track of a timer for sets and breaks. When you set a timer, you need to ensure you finish your set within the configured time to ensure maximum results and same for breaks/recovery.
How?
In Bring It, you can configure the number of sets which are to be performed, along with time per set and break. Once ready and happy with the settings, hit Start to begin your workout and let Bring It calculate your routine.
With additional functionality in which this application will READ out the following info:
- Time left on current set/break (every 10 seconds and every second when below 6)
- Current set number
- When it's time for a break
With this functionality, you do not have to keep an eye on the count and can concentrate on your workout.
Every exercise?
Some of the exercises are calculated through countdown i.e. Plank. Therefore, sets/breaks may not be the best solution (it could be but depends on your requirement) hence a countdown is much better fit for these exercises.
